Our Services

1st initial deep Clean

This is your VERY first clean of your home! It is a top to bottom clean including oven, microwave, baseboards and fans. This cleaning takes a lot longer because we take the time to clean your home to best prepare it for your future recurring cleanings. Our deep cleans are based off of some information we ask you, such as, square footage, animals and type, rooms, bathrooms, previous cleaner, new home etc. Our minimum is $250 no matter the size and can range from $250 and up. Recurring Cleaning Services

Once you have had a deep clean and want to continue our services, you can choose between weekly, bi weekly and monthly. Again, this price is based off the information above and also with knowing what your homes stage is and will be in. We DO NOT offer any cleanings over 5 weeks as this then becomes a deep clean of your home and that price will stand at that. Below is a description of each option.

Weekly Cleaning

We have numerous clients who choose this option! Weekly truly takes care of your home and it will save you time. It will ensure you have a clean and sanitary home, probably more so than if you cleaned it yourself. This option helps relieve that added stress on you, is best if you aren't home often and don't have the time to take care of it as much as you'd like. This is great especially if you have animals!

Bi Weekly Cleaning

This is our most popular option! With biweekly service, things will probably not be as clean as they are with weekly service. Cleaning services twice a week are still quite successful at removing dust and pet dander, which are major sources of allergens in the home. If anything, this is always your best option between weekly and monthly!

Monthly Cleaning

We also offer monthly, every 4 weeks. If you have time to spot clean, but still need help maintaining a tidy house, consider monthly recurring cleaning.

General Cleaning

We do offer just a general cleaning for your home. This includes a wipe down of everything, sweep, mop, vacuum etc. It does NOT include oven blinds etc. This is great if you are not a recurring client and need a quick clean before a holiday/get together but not a deep!

Move in/Out Cleaning

If you are buying a new (but lived in) house and need it cleaned before moving in OR if you are moving out and need a final cleaning for the new home owners, we offer offer this service! This is a cleaning of top to bottom, same as a deep clean but includes inside drawers/cabinets/shelves as well. This allows the home to be completely move in ready for the next buyer! This price range starts at .20-.25 cents per square feet and up.

Post Construction Cleaning

Building a home and need a final cleaning to rid the debris? We can take care of that! Post-construction cleaning is a cleaning service done to new or renovated buildings. From the word itself, “post-construction,” it is understood that this cleaning is done after the construction part. A construction contractor may do a general cleaning of debris, but detailed cleaning is not part of their job anymore. This takes a lot longer than your ave This price range starts at .35 cents per square feet.

Commercial Cleaning

Own a business or work at an office that needs a recurring cleaning? LET US KNOW! We adapt to your schedule and can clean after hours or on weekends in order to take care of the cleaning while employees are not there, making Monday back to work worth while!

Who doesn't hate laundry?! I guess just me! Need help getting caught up? Let us help you with laundry! We can wash and dry your clothes and hang for $20.00 per load. We can do this at your home or we can take them and bring them back!

Oven Cleaning

Need your oven cleaned but not your house? Let us know! We can have it back to brand new in no time!

Window Cleaning

$12-$16 per window

We can take care of your windows as well! Inside and out are quoted either together or separately and we can handle both.

Carpet/Tile & Grout cleaning

We also offer Carpet, Tile & Grout cleaning. We have both a truck mount and portable which allows us to easily navigate into your home/business and adapt to our surroundings. We use the best and most safe chemicals for your home and this truly brings your home back to life!

Carpet Cleaning

$120

Carpet cleaning is based off of per room, with a MINIMUM of $120. We can take care of everything from your carpet to your rugs! This is GREAT for any pet/baby stains that have surfaced throughout the year!

Tile & Grout

$100 +

You can mop tile and grout floors, but that won't remove stains or protect them in the long run. If you want proper tile and grout cleaning as part of your move-out cleaning service, expect to pay an additional $100 to $200 and up. You can also choose to have your tile sealed which makes it last longer and gives it that pretty shine! Get with us on pricing for this!
