Deep clean
What is a deep clean and what does it include?
Our deep cleans are either the very first initial cleaning of your home OR you can choose to have this done whenever you'd like, pre parties, gatherings, spring cleaning etc. These cleanings are ALWAYS done as the first visit to best prepare your home for the repeat future weekly, bi weekly or monthly appointments you can set up with us. No matter if you previously had someone cleaning or feel you aren't very dirty/messy, we do not come to your home for the first time without doing a deep clean.
What is a deep clean?
I always call this a "Top to bottom" clean. Below is a detailed list of what we hit on our first initial clean or any time you schedule a deep clean with us:
- Wipe and clean off all counter tops
- clean all sink faucets
- Wipe on top of fridge and clean outside of fridge (we offer to clean inside fridge at an extra charge)
- clean interior of oven & microwave
- wipe down all cabinets
- Wipe and clean kitchen applications
- wipe down baseboards
- Clean fans
- wipe down blinds
- clean mirrors
- empty trash
- dust and wipe all shelves and décor
- dust light fixtures
- dust all furniture
- sweep, mop & vacuum floors as needed
- make all beds (unless requested not to) you can also put your clean sheets out and we will change your sheets for you while making the bed
- scrub all showers, toilets and bathrooms top to bottom
*For an extra charge we can clean out your refrigerator, clean windows (something my teams do not do but we come out and do it for you) and do your laundry (something my teams do not do but we come out and do it for you). If interested, please mention these when receiving your quote.
Weekly/Bi weekly/Monthly cleanings
Now your deep clean is done, now what?
Once we have completed your deep clean and you are satisfied with our work, you have the option to continue our services either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We do not offer past monthly as after about 6 weeks of not cleaning your home, it is more of another deep clean need and the price reflects that as well.
How do you do this?
SIMPLE! Let us know ASAP (preferably right after your deep clean appointment or when you receive your feedback email/invoice) so we can get you into your booking system! It is a VERY easy system that sets you up for whichever option you choose, pushes you out the weeks you choose and schedules you when you choose (time and date). It will email/text you three days prior to your appt and if you need to make changes to it, PLEASE let us know around that time so we can move your appointment and fill that spot. We do completely understand there are last minute emergencies that come up so please reach out as we always know your family comes first! We always work with our clients!
As far as what is cleaned during these appointments, majority of what is listed above is done but since we did a deep clean the first time, it all should be touched up and take less time for us this go around and continuing, ensuring your home is clean thoroughly each time we enter. We always check your fans, ovens, blinds, baseboards and clean all that was listed in the deep clean above, but like mentioned, because we took care of your home the first time and once you get on a reoccurring schedule, your home is taken care of, continuously, in less time because it is being cleaned often, aka the benefit of getting on the reoccurring schedule with us!
*Please know that if your home is not scheduled for whatever reason after 6 weeks, a deep clean is what will be offered as we have not been into your home past our 5-6 week mark.
